The most recent sale was exactly that— $10 off the 10 pack of the basic filters (the ones requiring changing every two months). The OP post is for Brita plus, which is a superior filter (that lasts for 6 months) at a lower per-unit price than Costco's. The Brita Elite is next higher up in the product line.
I just bought the Costco 10-pack and it will go back.
