Update: They arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. The chips were quite tasty - better than most plain chips I'd say. The chips arrived mostly intact - probably helped by being packaged in a sturdy box, as well as the fact that the chips are slightly thicker than most regular potato chips. I would definitely buy again.
Did you order them by themselves... or with a Subscribe & Save order with other items? Throwing a bag of potato chips in a box with a six-pack of coke doesn't work very well. Amazon packers don't seem to know how to use void fill materials.
