In for 4 free bags of chips after I call to complain the bags are flat because they shipped them with other heavy items in the same box.

Update: They arrived today and I was pleasantly surprised. The chips were quite tasty - better than most plain chips I'd say. The chips arrived mostly intact - probably helped by being packaged in a sturdy box, as well as the fact that the chips are slightly thicker than most regular potato chips. I would definitely buy again.
