Woot is not delivering the products. They simply say preparing for shipment and if you want they will say we can cancel the order and refund full amount

My order from last night has already shipped with a USPS number (previous orders were usually direct from closest Amazon warehouse in Amazon box).

Exactly. When I complained, a rep told me that their inventory changes so much, it's useless to have a search function. That, of course, made absolutely no sense.

As one of the top contributors, they'd even send me free stuff from leftover inventory. My favorite is a set of Kyocera ceramic knives, which I still use today. My last purchase was a pair of work gloves a few years ago. There was a mistake in the listing so they issued refunds, no questions asked, and told us to keep the gloves. It seems like keeping customers happy is still a priority so it wouldn't hurt to ask.
