Look at the 1 star reviews. A lot of people claim damaged and or missing pieces and that they can't get replacement parts or help from customer service because the manufacturer went out of business.

Got this the last time it was on sale. It came damaged and dents easy. Cheap quality. I paid 400 and it's not worth 200.

I got this last year for $500. Maybe all the remaining inventory now is the beat up ones but mine arrived in perfect condition. We put it out in our yard so I poured four 12x12 concrete bases and anchored it down. It's rock solid, I expect it to stand up for 20 years.
would love to see your setup. did you use cinder blocks or pour concrete on each 4 corners? if you could post pictures of your bases, that would great!

Took the gamble and ordered one. If it's a win will report back. If it's total junk, I'll just return it back to store. Will keep everyone updated

Poured concrete. We did the floor area in DG, with the concrete bases in the corners. Not sure how to attach a pic.

what did you do for the rest of the floor? was that cement block, brick or just grass?

Hampton Bay is owned by Home Depot. That's super strange that so many people were told the company, "went out of business."

Yes, I have a Sojag Sutton 10x12 on my deck and attached to the side of the house. They make a few different sizes: https://www.shelterlogic.com/shop...ed-gazebos
That's the first one i see that has a retractable roof, nice.
May have to look into to it later when i am done with my pavers for my patio i am building on my right side of the house

That is because people like me buy it for the party and return it next day. You get your money back, plus it doesn't take up storage space.

These things take like 8+ hours to build, probably about the same to dismantle and box back up in the 3 boxes they come in (or at least to get it somewhat manageable to return). Who is wasting that kind of time when they could just spend less on a popup for an event, which is probably what you are thinking of, these are not temporary structures that need "storage".
