The Trezor Model One was released in 2014 and it's firmware is now referenced as legacy, though there was a minor and patch release this year.
Being an older model, it's going to be missing some features. For example Shamir Backup and FIDO2, not to mention some tokens as op listed.
$20 isn't bad, but do your own research and consider what you're buying. You don't want to find yourself for example buying the Trezor Model One just to be later purchasing the Trezor Model T, leaving the Trezor One languishing in your junk pile with the rest of your electronic waste.
Checkout Best Buy's pickup and return policy, lock in your price, do your research, and then decide if you want to keep it.
