These are my favorite cargo shorts. They last a pretty long time, I'm going to say around four years worth of OKC summers, usually rotating 4 or 5 pairs. I end up forming a hole around the rear belt loop that still stays small enough for my untucked life to go another year before I replace them.
Black ripstop is $10.13 in my size, I'm in for two black and two each of the non camo. I usually get them direct from Lee's on sale for around $27 so I'm all about this.

Do these have the slight elastic waistband of some of their other shorts? I love that for those pinch-moments like getting in & out of the car or squatting down to pick something up.

No, I think those are the extreme motion ones. These are relaxed fit, all of the motion shorts/pants I've seen from Lee's are regular fit.

At my age, I need all 4 pockets. Reading glasses, driving glasses, cell phone, wallet, keys, flashlight, jackknife...
I was wondering who actually wears camo cargo shorts. Just don't see them where I live.
Is it a Southern thing?
Note I don't care what people wear, just curious.
