Cheap but built-in battery means it's garbage once the battery reaches end of life. If have you have more budget I'd go for one with a replaceable battery (in my case I bought such a Craftsman at Sears 7 to 10 years ago and both the inflator and battery have held up well)

If that is the threshold then you should never buy anything ever.
