I've had this for about 6 years now ( I think I actually bought it from slickdeals at that time too.) Extremely good impact. It's my go-to when my Ryobi impact can't bust a bolt out.

I had to double check the product listing ... 450 ft-lbs seems impressive for an AC-powered wrench to me. My 15 year-old one was rated around 200 ft-lbs IIRC. I still have it, but I had to upgrade to the Ryobi for clearance issues. And of course, the hog ring didn't last long.

Had this for years. It's a beast. Power for days! It's big and heavy though.

Anyone have both this and those Harbor Freight brand Bauer or Chicago Electric to compare to?

Specs on some of these can be higher than real world usage.

Had a Chicago Electric from harbor Freight that failed after about 10 years of weekend usage. Bought for about $20 back then. When it failed last year, was able to get a new one on clearance for about the same price. Even bought a spare just in case. Paid less than $40 for two.

I have this impact wrench and used it many times to remove lug nuts from my Acura and Toyota without any problem. However it failed to remove Lug nuts from a Tesla which are torqued at 129 foot-lbs. I was disappointed.

Did you let it rip for at least 15s? That's a long time for an impact if you actually time it, but sometimes it can take that long to reach "best case" output.
