Can I advise people to not buy direct from the insta360 website. I have purchased different models of the insta360 OneX cameras and their direct customer service team in China offers zero support. I had problems with my order missing accessories and they did not help. 2nd model i purchased through Amazon because at least Amazon has a return policy that i know works

Yes...also buying directly has only 15 days return policy vs Amazon's 30 days.

I got one from Amazon as well. I got the ace pro 2 though. And ordered some addition batteries, memory card and selfie stick separately with Prime day deals
