This is a different phone from the April deal. That deal was for the 2025 version. This is the older 2024 version.

Verizon is trying to nuke the 60 day rule right now. Everyone should file an FCC comment reply by July 21 to push back: https://www.reddit.com/r/verizon/...you_to_do/ - This article says the window has expired, but if you post a comment as a "reply to other comments" (it is on the FCC comment form under comment type) they will still field it.

You can use any mobile number to receive the verification code when you place the order. It does not have to be the same number you will actually port-in when you have your new phone.

I've unlocked more than that (from all 3 brands) over the years. My 2024 Razr auto unlocked as expected & my 2025 Razr should unlock first week of August. That's why I said to call unlock dept and ask what was holding up the unlock - they usually will do a manual unlock if qualifications are met. If something is wrong at least you'll know & can fix it instead of being frustrated.
Post after you find out why it didn't unlock, might help someone else.
There was a post on the old thread (the 3 months deal) that has the similar issue as mine. They said because I have the Verizon logo when they phone restart, I need to call Verizon, even some reps said my phone/number was from BYOD (which we all know isn't true). I haven't called Verizon since it's out of their office hours, will update later.

Do not call Verizon -- they are not going to help you. Call 1-888-442-5102 and have your TW order number ready to provide if the agent says something about BYOD. If they still won't unlock, file a BBB complaint to get a higher level of customer service to fix the issue.

Yeah they keep saying it's BYOD, I've spent hours on the phone with different agents and only 1 of them created a ticket for me to wait 3 business days.

Are you talking to the unlocking department at the number I included above? They are usually a little better than the regular agents you will get on chat or the main number. If you've already spoken directly with the unlocking reps, I would just move forward with filing a complaint. And attaching your order confirmation, as well as some screenshots from your TW account showing the activation date and other usage.

Just talked to TW rep said they are on backorder, maybe 3 to 5 days for updated information on shipping.

It's recommended to file FCC complaint (not BBB). Will get return call from higher level support within a few days. There must be something wrong with how the phone was activated if they keep insisting it's BYOD. (Usually it's due to sim being swapped, bad sim or something similar).
(Also both my 2024 Razr from Straight Talk and 2025 Razr from Total Wireless have the standard red Verizon logo. It just means VZ is buying in bulk and using the same Verizon models for all their MVNO's. Support is still provided by the actual company you activate with).

It MIGHT work if the combined service days are from the sub-brands that used to be owned by Tracfone (Tracfone, Total Wireless, Straight Talk, Net10, etc). Although Visible is owned by Verizon, it's separate from the Tracfone sub-brands. For TW deals, the months after the 1st month can be met by asking a TW rep to apply the $10/month Keep Connected Plan (unlimited talk/text, No Data). None of the other sub-brands has a monthly plan that's as cheap.
I remember in another thread you mentioned a website that will give you best pricing for used phones that will buy directly from the consumer. I think it actually shows you 4 or 5 resellers who will by the phone and the pricing they offer by phone model. Can you remind me what the name of that website was? Just looking for an alternative to selling on ebay and swappa.

Will it work on T-Mobile afterwards?
I got 2024 from TW. After 60 days, I was able to add to my TM line. So yes.
