The question on samsung website trade in ask question about power. Even if you say no, it gives you $1100 in monthly credit. But it asks for IMEI. Not sure how you get that or they verify without powering on the phone.

I don't know I am trading an excellent condition phone, however, just to test I tried with a screen cracked. It reduced the one time value of the device but still shows full bill credits, hopefully, it may be truly any condition.
