Be careful using this for travel, it's not compatible with 220V, a few of the USB ports burned out when I used it overseas.

Yeah, check the voltage when you get it, they might have updated it (mine looks like an older model).

Can't you complain to them? Product page says input voltage is good up to 240V. So you're getting a different product than promised.

Mine is the 525 7in1 charging station. It doesn't mention the voltage on the Amazon page. But you're right, it's Anker so if I reach out they'll probably replace it.

Still terrible for travel because you have to remember not to plug in anything in the outlets. If you can only use the USB ports, it's better to buy something smaller

Well actually that's the point of this, you can use a single plug adapter and plug this into it, and power your US-style 2 or 3 prong stuff.

Most stuff supports 100-220V these days but you still need the right plug styles overseas.

The problem with my older model was I'd plug laptops into the 3 prong plugs, but when I used the USB ports they burned out.

I bought this specifically for travel. It said it was compatible with 240v, BUT I had a major issue with it. I don't know how exactly it broke, but it basically became an electrical hazard and would turn my phone live meaning I would get shocked if I touched my phone a certain way while it was charging. I didn't have this problem when charging my phone using my other adapter. This anker also had issues charging my macbook pro m1. It would basically make my macbook vibrate and it charged slowly. It was weird AF. I returned it

I found MacBook metal case is spicy when using 220v charging in Asia, same power adapter (from Apple) in US doesn't do that. Explanation: metal case is conductive.
Maybe metal iPhone is similar.

That's not good! Improper grounding maybe - I know the grounding gets confusing overseas with different prongs. But never had that issue!

I don't think they've updated this one. It's not listed on https://service.anker.com/article...nal-travel as compatible for "international travel".

So I think you're right and this one isn't.

They do seem to update this list regularly, when the Anker 341 Power Strip first came out it wasn't on the list, and now it is.

But if a product has been out for awhile and isn't listed, it probably isn't supported for 100-240v.
