If you put too much sideways pressure on it while its locked in place it'll snap. I got mine repaired under warranty but they really should've used metal for the upright part.

As long as you are careful with the vacuum it should be fine. I'm tempted to buy another one of these vac's and maybe the tripod light which I've heard great things about.

Just got it for $100. Did the combo deal and ordered the batteries somewhere else. Picked up the nail gun. The batteries get cancelled and refunded.

are the batteries still showing as clearance? i see it shows 'Ship to Store' now and regular price. I suppose it could still be clearance in the store but hard to tell now. Also, seems the free tool thing is still going but maybe elevated price for some things? Wonder how that would work in store if the batteries are still clearance?
