Based on the "recycled blend of performance fabrics" description, I'm going with polyester or poly blend. The Lee site has many similar pants with many different fabric blends.

I wish I could do polyester. How simple my life would be wearing plastic clothes on the cheap. Sadly, my sweat + polyester creates and acid that can eat through my legs. Not to mention it actually grows bacteria. Can't do it.
