This 'deal' made it to Slickdeals frontpage. Do you honestly think this company is going to choose to go bankrupt by shipping thousands of free orders that weren't meant to be free? They're going to cancel them by any means possible, which was entirely expected. The fact that it says "by your request" makes no difference here.

Not really. If they screwed up, they should've owned it and admit that they screwed up. They should have said so in the cancelation email instead of saying "at your request"

There still could be a personalized email sent out to all customers at some point. But if the coupon codes were an honest mistake, why do you care so much what the cancellation email said? You're not getting your order either way.
