While I do not own this specific model, I charge both my iPhone (personal) and my Android (work) on the same charger at the same time. I place the Android on the earbud charger portion and they both charge. If you only have an Android, you could use the charger with no problem.

Chargers should work for both Apple and Android. No company in this world will make chargers that only works for either Apple or android, financially don't make sense. (Of course, Apple may due to their greed and exclusivity. They can't do it because they are behind charging technology. If they had fast charge tech that others don't have, they would've kicked Android out of it) This charger will be super slow. Overnight charging will be ok. If you need fast charging, don't buy.
