I like it, Use it every day for 3 years for a Roku.
For $200-500 more could get a tv with a much better picture but for under $300 would say this is the best.
Dont expect any TV to last 5 years or more. a $200 something tv or a $900 something tv.

motion rate and refresh rate are not the same, though they are related concepts. Refresh rate is the number of times a display updates the image on screen per second, measured in Hertz (Hz). Motion rate, on the other hand, is a marketing term, often used to describe a display's ability to simulate a higher refresh rate through frame interpolation or motion smoothing.
So to the viewer watching the TV may not be much difference in what you actually see on the screen.

It's a great TV for the purpose. I wouldn't use it for gaming, since it doesn't support 120 FPS, but for watching streaming content or Blu-rays/DVDs, it's perfect. Good color and contrast. Easy to navigate interface (never get an LG TV--that interface is horrible).
