I received an order confirmation on these golf shoes and the next day I received an order cancellation. The cancellation said I had requested the cancellation. I did not request any cancellation and e-mailed that I did not cancel my order and to reinstate the order. I have heard nothing from Shop Simon.

same. i haven't gotten a refund from paypal either. and after i opened a ticket, I got a "your issue has been resolved" email... but I still don't have a refund nor, did the order get restated.

People seem to say Shopsimon is legit, so hoping this was just a logistics issue and they will refund me soon.

Normally wear size 12-1/2 but they only had 12. Received it today and it's the biggest size 12 I've ever seen, there's like an inch of room. It's going to cost me $4.95 to ship it back. Never order through ShopSimon.

Hey! I got mine delivered today. I messaged customer service and it was a system error!

They fit great and playing an 18 hole on Monday so hoping they work out.
