For those with Citi ThankYou Points[thankyou.com], you can currently redeem them for 10% off on select gift cards.
I suspect the discount might end 7/28 (based on email I received).
Apple seems to be a popular choice (even though someone will invariably say to wait until Black Friday/Cyber Monday for a better deal).
OTOH, I don't remember Target being one of the regular merchants that offer GC discounts so this might be a good option for those who don't have Target Circle Card (for 5% off).

The list of gift cards on sale for 10% off is customer-dependent.
My own ThankYou account offers only this small list of 10%-off gift cards:
Fandango
GolfNow
One4all On the Run
Vudu
However, it is noteworthy that the various One4all gift cards are exchangeable for gift cards of retailers who are not themselves in the ThankYou list. For example, Southwest Airlines is not in the ThankYou list, but the One4all Weekend Vibes card includes it.
For those of you who are getting only 4 GCs on discount, if you're not signed in try signing in. Only started seeing the other offers after I logged in
eBay would be good but typically I cash in like I just did. $422 is better in my bank account than to have gift cards that I may not use for a while. Only cash in for cards to use as gifts or to spend immediately.
citi thank you point is nerf by 25% in cash value end of next month fyi.
To provide more context, I think this post is referring to when you transfer/redeem/swap Citi ThankYou Points for points at a partner (i.e., JetBlue TrueBlue, Choice Privileges,Wyndam Rewards). For example, when redeeming 1000 ThankYou Points, you would only receive maybe 700 TrueBlue points instead of 800 (I don't know the exact redemption amounts).
