10% off is the everyday discount at Sam's Club and Costco, so this will really only be of interest to people without a club-store membership. 10% is a fairly common discount for PlayStation gift cards as well outside of club stores.

I was able to with assassins creed Valhalla complete.

Only downside is I am unable to rebuy it after I realized it didn't totally suck. It was like $9.99. Ended up getting a disc off eBay for $5

PlayStation's policy is that if the digital game has ever been downloaded to your device or to an expansion stick or hard drive connected to your device, it's no longer refundable. If it's never been downloaded, you can call in a refund.
Unfortunately, downloading is pretty much the first thing you're going to do after buying a digital game.

I'd like to say this is true 90% of the time, but also potential YMMV with which agent you get.

When Oblivion Remastered dropped, I was so hyped that I walked out to my phone at work, purchased the game off the PS app, and clicked "download to console" so it'd be ready when I got home.

After spending the next few hours at work and seeing a bunch of first-hand experience from buyers on how shit the game was performance wise, even on the Pro, I went home and submitted a refund with a CS rep throught the chat bot.

It WAS granted (much to my surprise, as I'd already used my "Oops, I regret it" freebie they seem to give out to users), but I think the only reason it was, was due to the fact I never turned on my console after purchasing and downloading the game via the app.
