IMO it's VERY bright. Here are two photos at the same time in a well-lit room

I have this and use it pretty regularly when i'm outside in the backyard. It hasn't failed me and is very useful. I'd say it will last a few 3 hour sessions, but the light does gradually get darker as the battery runs down. Ive taken to just charging it every few nights and its not been an issue.

Is there a way to block posters that post non-USB-C? Or what's the best way to deal with this problem?

I bought two of these last year and they have been very good lanterns. They are extremely bright at full blast. Even at the lowest setting they are a little too bright. I wish they could dim even more. But they are durable and cheap.
I don't understand the micro USB hate. This is not a high tech electronic device that needs USB-C. What difference does it make that is has outdated micro USB? You plug it into a USB port to charge at home, then you take it camping. What am I missing where I would need USB-C for a lantern? The lantern also does not have a HDMI port but that doesn't bother me either.

Man, my micro USB things start to go. I have to replace different cables and I have to have it in a right angle for it to charge now. If it moves, it doesn't charge....

It's annoying to have different cables is all. But I kinda agree. This is Slickdeals not slickconveniences. Sometimes the reason something is cheap is due to a minor inconvenience that doesn't affect its use.

Yay or nay? Don't really like micro usb and I hear from above post that you can't really dim in low low. Seems like a good deal?
