They ship with ice packs. I received a box earlier this month and the bars were perfectly intact.

Yes, that has happened to me a couple times. Orders of cookies being broken, too. I guess the trip from the warehouse to my door can rough at times.

I got 2 packs of Lindt delivered with ice packs. One shipped nearby and arrived in 2 days. Was slightly melted,the other shipped from the other end of the country. Arrived in 4-5 days. The ice packs were luke warm, chocolate totally melted. By the way, those arent ice packs but frozen gel

I paid $16.50 for the same 36 pack early July. It does come packaged with an insulation type pack along with a traveling ice pack.

At least that was my experience and the bars were NOT melted.

Love the bars but have to pass on this due to price.

well I guess we better buy bulk chocolate now because on the news this morning they were talking about cocoa is going up in price and Hershey's going to raise their prices right before Halloween. beef and Candy's getting hit
