The worst app redesign...ever?

What was your objective in this redesign? To make everything harder to read and scan? To make the app feel a lot like eBay?

Everything about this is wrong. Price color and size is wrong, differentiation between title and supplementing text is wrong, thumbnail image size is wrong. You created a meaningless and confusing wall of text.

They're coming back. I think it was moved up in priority since PMs turned out to be more important to SDers than expected, but the app team is making sure the deals organization, notifications, etc. are working well first.

This is a horrible redesign of this app. Go back to the old version. The only problem with that one was that text would show weird sometimes. But everything else was fine. This is much harder to see deals. And the hot deals forums keeps showing me the same posts? Did you change to make deals you make more money on keep showing up?

Disclaimer: using WEB version only.
New site is much harder to navigate.
1) Link back to "front page" (or whatever default page is) is missing. At least I cannot find it.
2) The default should be the whole thread, not featured comments
These are two immediate comments. Probably, more to come.
Bottom line: old (classic) site was way better.

FWIW, No I don't want to use the app, Classic Browser is fine. JFC.

Thanks! Please don't force the mobile app on users and please never remove classic view… the ability to keep track of which deals I've viewed by pages is really invaluable.

Looks like the SD community pushed back strong enough and classic view is back.
