11g of fructose that is from the fruits themselves which doesn't spike your blood sugar unlike Sucrose that you find in sugar table. 11g of fructose is nothing unless you're someone who's inactive and drinks the whole pack.

What's the point of the comparison? You could also buy a jar of peanut butter and a bar of chocolate for the price of a bag of peanut butter cups, but who does that?

Now you have to blend it all together to match the already finished product you're referencing. Not to mention the trial & errors you'll experience as you try to replicate the final product.
