I did initially have a 6' further HDMI extension added to place my PS5 in a more ideal/hidden spot and while I could play 4K60 with that, I could not do 4K120. Moved some things around to get the PS5 closer to the original 15' run, and no problems ever since.
Moral of the story...a cable like this might work, it might not. Wouldn't know until you try this specific one. As someone said above, if you can keep the run under 10', ideally 6', I think any well made HDMI 2.0 rated (or better) cable will pass 4K120 even if they say they won't. YMMV
