This one is cheap mostly because it's a flawed product. A couple of things that prevent a good user experience:
-only one heating element from the top. Meaning that there's no specific temperature control from the bottom. Generally a good NY or Neopilotan pizza(this technically could do but in reality...no), you'd want a higher bottom tempature with controlable radiant heat from the top. So that means you have to pre-heat for a long time(and buy a temp guy to check tempature) then just turn the heat off and on to control the heat, which sounds horrible.
-the pizza stone is exactly 12 inch round, not the entire floor of the oven, so you have to be extremely careful when putting a pizza in. This combined with the fact that the back of the oven is round and the peal it comes with is square, just makes it annoying to use.

I would say this is better since it can get higher in temp and caramelize the tomato sauce slightly around 600 f
