I've used this pizza oven about 6 times now and it's been great, especially for that price. Takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up to 650-750F. I didn't read the instructions so it kept turning off after 10 minutes but it turns out it will automatically turn off after 10 minutes if you don't set a time after it preheats. Once I figured that out, I've been able to cook multiple pizzas back to back. Takes about 5-7 minutes per pizza depending on the ingredients and I usually rotate the pizza once so it doesn't cook too much on one side.

$50 for a 750 degree indoor pizza oven? A decent pizza stone alone costs $30-40. I'm in for one as it seems the biggest review negative is having to rotate the pizza half way through for even cooking. I have to do that anyway in my oven.

yep, i got a taste of it with a ooni fyra pellet oven I got cheap on marketplace for $60 and love it so much already looking for a gas one to have easier time keeping it hot when making a lot of pizzas. Then this showed up for $50 and like you think it would be great for rainy days and in the winter. Will probably be like you this time next year with a bunch of different ovens lol.
I have a couple outdoor pizza ovens, but it gets to 115F here in Phoenix and I hate cooking anything in that heat. It will be nice to have this sitting indoors.

I hear you, was almost 100 here yesterday and humid, was making pizza outside and the dough just got too warm and was so difficult to work with, first one came out fine but the second one became a mangled mess.

obviously a pretty cheap deal! However, the product itself is somewhat flawed. The previous gourmia deal is cheap mostly due to limited branding and poor quality control(some people just received lemon). This one is cheap mostly because it's a flawed product. A couple of things that prevent a good user experience: -only one heating element from the top. Meaning that there's no specific temperature control from the bottom. Generally a good NY or Neopilotan pizza(this technically could do but in reality...no), you'd want a higher bottom tempature with controlable radiant heat from the top. So that means you have to pre-heat for a long time(and buy a temp guy to check tempature) then just turn the heat off and on to control the heat, which sounds horrible. -the pizza stone is exactly 12 inch round, not the entire floor of the oven, so you have to be extremely careful when putting a pizza in. This combined with the fact that the back of the oven is round and the peal it comes with is square, just makes it annoying to use.
It has a bottom heating element as well. This is a steal at $50!

Really wish I could get that gourmia so I can also bake some nice bread and other pastry for both element control, which my conventional oven doesn't have
For bread making, an anova steam oven is best. I know it is expensive but I sure love mine. Other option would be a good dutch oven. You can also use a conventional oven with some volcanic stones in a tray and spay them with water before you bake. You need that moisture in the oven at the begining of the bake for breads.

Steam oven is definitely my end goal! Probably will do that once I renovate my whole kitchen! I am tired of heating up the whole oven and burn myself moving around the Dutch ovens haha!

I have a steam wall oven, game changer for more than just bread. A turkey takes as long as a roast chicken in conventional oven. Love it.
