both are very solid fragrances, I probably wouldn't consider either (or any Tom Ford scents) a "safe" buy though, as a lot of the appeal is the uniqueness of them. grey vetiver is much safer between the two, it's a really nice vetiver fragrance, smells nice and professional. black orchid, the first time I smelled it, made me think "wtf is that? that's horrible" but then a few days later I wanted to smell it again, like I was craving it for some reason.. I ended up buying it a bit later and have a few different variations of it (edt, edp, parfum). This one is heavily "duped" (with decent ones as low as $15, which last all day). definitely a unique scent, but one I've come to love. still nowhere near close to being a safe purchase.

I'm sure it will drop to $99 in the coming few weeks. Costco seems to put all of their scents on sale at some point.

ombre lasts forever since all you need is one spray…it's good but after almost i think a couple years my 1.7 is still going and it's getting to be a bore :-)

Good hygiene, a decent personality and being in good shape go a lot further than any fragrance.
I splash a little Axe on and I'm a total chick magnet. I take them to Costco for a hot dog date then do a little sugar daddy shopping for Kirkland gear.

Why not all four?
Definitely better than the trifecta. But many people on here have an issue with the trio, especially the last two.

I have to agree with the others who are disappointed in the longevity of Creed Aventus. I love the scent, but 30 minutes after I hit myself with a few sprays, I can barely smell it. What are you supposed to do--carry the bottle around and reapply constantly like sunscreen? I tried the Aventus when it went on sale at Costco for $225. If it lasted even half the day, it would definitely be worth it. The smell is amazing. But the way it evaporates so quickly, it's a pass.

Oh, and after my disappointment with the staying power of Aventus, I went and bought a well-regarded dupe (Club de Nuit Intense Men) hoping it would be close and would last much longer. It lasts much longer but it does NOT smell like Aventus. It is a decent scent, but pales in comparison.

Took a blind stab at the Grey Vetiver EdP. Worth a try.
It's a REALLY good fragrance, lasts a long time too, for me at least.

The items no longer show on the app. Must have blown through the back stock.
