what are the key differences between this and the pro?

edit: from the website, it seems that the major differences between this and the Pro are that the Pro has 1) "eco-clean ozone" for the water sterilization, 2) "3D MatrixEye" avoidance tech, 3) LCD touch controls.

Obstacle avoidence and keeping the clean water disinfected are major differences.

I ordered this but then after reading reviews and then doing further research using chat GPT I realize that neither this nor the pro model lift the mop when going over area carpets or carpets in general. So you either have it in mop mode or vacuum mode and to put it in vacuum mode you have to remove the mop. I currently do this with my Eufy LR30 plus hybrid. Now while that model is older and far inferior it does a good enough job for my hardwood floors, for now. In the end, I think I'm going to hold out for the Eufy E28 because it has the ability to lift the mop automatically and switch automatically between mop mode and vacuum mode. But thanks again to the OP for finding a deal, it is still a great deal If you're looking for a vacuum/mop and you currently don't own one. I've used Eufy warranty support on my LR30 and it was actually very good.

Check out 'JustADad' youtube reviews on both the E28 and on his testing of how well this roller mop picks up dirt. I think it will help your overall decision

Honestly the LR30 hybrid works fine for us. I also have an LR35 that stays in vacuum mode and I bought a self emptying tower for it, so for now I'm well covered. I think I'm just going to hold off. This app just makes me spend money unnecessarily at times! 😂

Now he is flip flopping like crazy and recommending spinning mops like MOVA over this roller mop.

A poorly designed roller is probably not as effective as a well designed spinning mop.
