Yeah they told me the same thing. My point was they could've told us any date, how are we to dispute that since it's not printed on the packaging.
They said it was part of a "bulk shipment" and the date was on the outer box. I don't dispute that but why would Planters ship them that way? They still have to be removed and sold individually. It sounds like there was a screwup in the factory and Planters sold these at a discount as defective or whatever.
I'm sure they're fine to eat. I just don't like when companies do stuff like this. It should've been in the description. Especially since they don't take returns.

Yep. But they taste fine and the packaging looks fresh, so I'm inclined to just let it go.
