Would you mind being more specific as to the recipe for these cookies? Amounts and measures, baking times, etc. This sounds interesting! Thank you kindly!Big Grin

Three-ingredient peanut butter cookies are a simple, quick, and popular treat made with just peanut butter, sugar, and an egg, requiring no flour and often being naturally gluten-free. They are ideal for beginners, kids, or anyone seeking a no-fuss dessert with pantry staples.
  • Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
  • Cook Time: 6-15 minutes
  • Servings: 9-24 (varies by recipe)
  • Temperature: 325°F - 375°F (160°C - 190°C)
  • Peanut Butter: 1 cup (250g; creamy or chunky, like Jif or Skippy; avoid natural brands that separate)
  • Sugar: 1 cup (200g) granulated white sugar, or 2/3 cup (135g) for a less sweet cookie
  • Egg: 1 large egg (at room temperature is recommended)

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Scoop the dough using a spoon or cookie scoop (1.5 tablespoons is common) and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1-2 inches of space between each cookie.
  • Press each ball down with the tines of a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake for 6 to 15 minutes, depending on the recipe and desired doneness. The cookies are done when the edges are set and the bottoms are just barely golden brown. They will harden as they cool.
  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 10-20 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
