The heatsink is an extra $5 on this deal... Not sure where your numbers are coming from as the deal was for a 4 TB.

Got the Crucial T500 w/o heatsink for $200 on July 20th. They didn't canceled my order and just got a notification it is shipped. Cheapest and highly regarded 4tb drive with dram. This dramless drive should be below $200
