Just because it shows stock, doesn't guarantee the OP's pricing, I don't think. It will show as $60 for everyone online for pickup so seeing if there is an efficient way to check in store pricing

Only 2 store in CA have it, both in southern. One store in WA have a lot of copies for this price.

Bellevue, WA store had ~50 copies as of about 1 hour ago. Walked out with 2 for $16.49 each. They were in the clearance area of the video game section.
