The Joke is on the consumers who buy low grade detergents and don't understand why they're clothes aren't being cleaned well.

Probably the reason this stuff is cheaper than regular Tide varities is that it is not only less concentrated, but has fewer enzymes—a primary active cleaning agent in most laundry detergents. Some varieties of Tide Simply—like Simply Free & Sensitive, Simply Clean & Sensitive, and the various fragrances of Simply All-in-One—actually have no enzymes at all.
