Wrong. You're thinking B vitamins, which are pee'd out with excess because they're water-soluble (and not stored in the body). Vitamins D and K (and A and E) are fat-soluble, and are stored in the body (in the fatty tissues and liver) for eventual use.

Nature made has over 6k 4.6, but had bad ingredients....you gotta do your own research on this stuff. Consumers are largely unaware of the fundamentals of nutrition...Sports research is soo much better as far as ingredients. They dont cut corners like nature made and many other supplement companies.
