For those who wonder, the free battery is also refurbished.

I don't see 4ah battery after adding the item and go to the cart. Did I do anything wrong?
Tried many times but what made the free gift pop up was disconnected from wifi and use phone's internet. Hope this helps.

Well this sucks for me. I ordered the blower with the 2.5ah battery, but it can't be returned. I would have much preferred having two batteries for 20 bucks extra.

Is this blower heavy without the strap? Does it come with strap?

I had to click a few times to get to my cart, which was empty. I then just searched in the renewed tools section to add the bundle again. Then when I went to the cart it was there with the free 4ah reconditioned battery! Thanks for the deal!

It is OK to have refurbed tools, but refurbished batteries means used batteries. While used batteries can still be functioning without a problem, its capacity could be going severely downhill since you do not know how many charges on the battery from previous owners. Note that refurbished/renewed items are not only from returns with open box, but also include those leased by stores.
Is there any way to test the life of the battery like I can on my Tesla?

Can you return it, I thought their policy on renewed and refub are all sales final. And even if can return it does green work subtract your return label cost after their inspection before refunding the difference? (Per return policy on the your order page)
yeah, I see that now, says all sales final. Guess it's going on Marketplace.

I bought this last deal as did my neighbor. there's was fine. mine squeals so loud I can't operate it without serious ear protection. customer service made me jump through hoops taking videos and said that's normal and wouldn't do anything for me. there are no returns for this, so it's a gamble and CS is awful
which is why amex purchase protection is a great thing to have...

Very tempted, but 90 day warranty scares me a little lol
My blower still works and it's been 5 months. I use this twice a week and it has never failed me. YMMV.

Is it still a good buy when you don't have any greenworks tools, and you have all RIDGID and RYOBI tools and batteries??

I think I'm gonna starting a return on the first order.
I tried the same, but it isn't eligible. If you read the listing on the site it says "final sale". Of course you could sell one of them which I am considering.

Yes, I read it just after I placed the 2nd order and got instant regret.

I use paypal as payment method, and it's backed by american express. Can I use purchase protection to deny this purchase and get refund?

All blowers will become heavy after long use. Get a strap, I use a strap that came with the Ego tool.

The strap does not come with this kit per the website:
PLEASE NOTE: This item does NOT include a shoulder strap. Shoulder strap sold separately.

Ah man, you guys got me. I bought the 2.5ah bundle literally two days ago. If I can't cancel or return, I'll sell it locally. It's about to be leaf blowing season. Worth it for the extra battery.
