100% would order online it I needed one. That's a bargain $10 to ship it.

When I ordered one before for pickup, I had to take it out of the box a piece at a time from the bed of my truck.

Get the blackstone! I love Weber, but check the number of accessories (ie silicone mats, covers, etc) that are sized blackstone specific. So much more stuff for the blackstone. I learned this the hard way. I own another brand & you can find generic knock offs for everything blackstone but hardly anything for any other brand. Just something to consider.

Serious q: what's the appeal of these griddles? Isn't it just like an outdoor frying pan? Seeing them more and more.

I think this same griddle is $300 at Walmart and tractor supply rn… of course Costco is amazing and it's missing the soft cover, but seems like the same griddle.

Took 30min to assemble and I could prob do it in 15 now that I have done one. PLUS knowing that I assembled it and made sure to use all the parts was important for me rather than trusting someone else from a store to assemble. But totally see your point if too busy to do it yourself.

The one you posted doesn't have the hinged lid. It has a detachable flat hood. I think the one posted is probably the Omnivore edition
