There's only one review on Amazon for it. Saw the code on Reddit and figured I'd share here. Make sure you factor in the weight of your tabletop into the weight limit.

Thanks! at this price it's a buy now think later kinda thing. We have a cheap desk we bought a few years back that has a really flimsy frame. Will just swap that particle board top over. I'm sure it won't be too heavy for this.

Looking at reviews of identical designs, seems like many complaints are of side to side stability.

Ok. We'll have to try it out and see. Its probably still better than the current one. I do see the design does not have a bar between the bottom of the legs. That's probably why it could be unstable.

I have 4 various units and I like the cheapest enough that it's my primary just because of laziness to swap it out, and it isn't bad. You get what you pay for, which is a lot! Cheaper units are the same design but smaller motor(s) geared lower (slower), columns are about 30% skinnier in cross section, and legs are narrower front to back. Also the thickness of the steel, and most obviously the controller and if it is dual or single motor (with a shaft).
There's good utility in all these regardless of cost/quality. I haven't seen that brand matters.

Why not. I need something while standing and working on small electronics and other things, so this might work out for my needs.

Sitting frequently for long durations is the new smoking they say, health-impact wise. I've been using a Costco standing desk to heal a sore tailbone, but now that I've gotten used to standing, I don't feel the need to go back to sitting.

I'm considering this because the costco one has an annoying crossbar right where your shins would be if you sit with your legs deep in under the desk. Obviously that's a non-issue if you're standing all the time. I like how this one doesn't have it. How much that affects stability however, I wouldn't know until a try it. 🤔

TikTok shop has these with table top wood (63x24) included for $60. Amazon always overpriced vs buying from the Chinese. Just bought two

Bought it last week for my work cubicle. Tried a few of those desktop mounted sit stand mechanisms but none worked great. Just placed this under the desktop, raised it to support the desk, then screwed it in and removed the cubicle mounts. Works great!

Ordered! This hopefully fits my IKEA Gerton (61), as it supposedly can take up to 63 inches. Probably can only put like 100lbs after the arm and monitor but should be good enough.

This is only the leg frame right? Where would I get the table top from?

Yes, this is a one motor frame.
Have IKEA near you? otherwise, just look for countertops at home depot, lowes, etc.

this is the one I use on my non-adjustable desk. it weighs 67lbs though.

here's one for $110 from home depot for example.
