We have six TopSky's and not one has had an issue. I put all of them on small casters.

EDIT: I am returning this desk. I have not used it nor opened the box, so it might be a perfectly fine desk for others that ordered it. I ordered a Costway Frontpage desk from Amazon (same price as Walmart). Here is the link to that desk - https://slickdeals.net/f/18557497-costway-dual-motor-electric-adjustable-standing-desk-frame-black-gray-or-white-69-99-free-shipping?sort=o
Reasons:
1. Costway is dual motor for only $10 more
2. Known brand name (Costway). The "Roboticious" desk arrived and the box is labeled "Bewatec." Upon research, this company makes hospital beds and has a good reputation for that, but not much of a reputation for desks. The three reviews on Amazon are all paid/Amazon Vine. ChatGPT shows seemingly no good process for warranty claims on the Roboticious since even their website is hard to find.
3. The Roboticious desk is 27 lb. The Costway is 45 lb. The weight difference cannot be dual to the additional motor, so the frame has to be burlier on the Costway.
4. The biggest con is that the listed weight capacity is less (176 lb Costway vs 225 lb Roboticious) but given the uncertainly of the Robotiocous, who knows if that weight capacity is even correct. Either way, I will not be hitting that weight capacity.
I did get the Asurion 3 year extended warranty from Amazon for $8.99. I do agree with you that Topsky would be a better desk if one managed to get the recently expired $110 Frontpage deal and wanted to spend the additional money.
