filed a device protection claim 2 weeks ago on pixel 9 pro bought from them. got email promising a tracking number in 24 hrs for my approved claim. a week later, no phone bc I didn't pay for express shipping. BS. so i cancelled coverage to buy it elsewhere, but they decided to cancel the approved claim too. somehow still not shipped ten days after approval. that is called fraud.
I don't recommend doing business with multi billion dollar corporations who openly admit their policy is to defraud their customers and I had several representatives confirm this as policy over the past 4 or 5 days of calling and still no resolution.
save yourself the trouble and go with any carrier that treats their customers with respect like mint or T-Mobile or something, but avoid this fraudster.
