These look and seem to be for actual runners, but I did see a Reddit post suggesting the puma velocity for actual runners. I'm a very light runner, and I like cheap shoes, so these are just right for me, if they're a true fit.

I put running shoes in 3 categories: treadmill running, road running, and trail running. When I looked up these shoes, the description said, "comfortable, lightweight running shoe suitable for a mix of activities like running, cardio, and weight training." For me, this means it's a treadmill running shoe.
