Weird colors, but these pads hit WAY above their price point.

Absolutely great controllers for their price!

That said, these are basically PC only so I'd honestly recommend against this particular one and wait for a deal on the superior XBox Ultimate C controller. I got mine for $5 more on Woot and included rumble and even some nice lighting effects if that matters to you. Plus you can use it on an Xbox.

I'm surprised these are on sale as long as they have been, since they did that press release that they'd be no longer stocking their US warehouses due to tariffs. I guess they had a LOT of product sitting in storage.

I believe many merchants rush-shipped tons of goods before the tariffs took effect...We might as well take advantage of the discounts they offer since they now have to offload the goods.

I grabbed 2 of the pink wireless switch compatible 2C on sale for $19 awhile back.
With a firmware update, was able to pair with Switch, Switch 2, PC, not a problem at all.

I'm not in the market for a controller right now, the only caveat is the downward angle of the grip instead of it being outward for a more comfortable resting position. Linus really didn't like it, and I think I wouldn't also because the xbox 360 shape feels good.

I got the wireless version of this controller and man it is way better than I anticipated! They're stout and have great materials, but most importantly- it's comprehensive and comes together for a great controller. Mad Catz ain't got shit on 8bitdo.

I don't know about their US warehouses, but the only thing I saw was them halting shipments from their Chinese warehouse D2C to the US to avoid tariffs. And then a lot of news outlets fear mongered saying that they would be sold out everywhere.

I believe 8bitdo started a local warehouse kind of like Anbernic. I have no clue how this affects a tariff situation. I would guess that these controllers are on sale mainly because this company continued developing good polling rate and is basically now moving on to TMR last I knew. "an advanced technology used in joysticks. It offers several advantages over traditional Hall Effect joysticks".

I was going to ask about Switch, but you already answered. Thanks.

I have the wireless version and while everything else is very nice for the under $25 price range, I found the dpad to be quite poor and really unsuited to playing vintage emulated games especially.

How does this one compare to logitech f310? I have two f310s since 2015 and they never had stick drift in 10 years. One is having some issues with L1 not quite responding. F310s are very durable but not as comfortable in hand as Xbox series X controllers.
