Wouldn't you want 100w cables to be longer because they'll likely be used for laptop charging?

60W cable falls tad behind to use for charging most laptops that needs 65W. Doesn't make sense to jump on this deal imo

If you are going to use the 100w cables frequently to charge laptops, you surely need 6 ft or longer

Meh. I have extension cords that I plug my chargers into as opposed to running my usb c cable all the way the outlet. It's just easier that way for me and then I don't have to get ten ft flimsier cords

I have used this brand and they're pretty good but various lengths.

I have various USB C cables from different purchases. I've lost track of where I bought some of them. Is there a way to tell the wattage rating? Does it just overheat and start a fire if the rating is too low?

You are looking for a USB Ammeter. For example: https://www.amazon.com/Eversame-M...07JYVPLLJ/

Is the data transfer 5Gbps or 480Mbps?
