No, it doesn't state anything about data transfer. These appear to be only charging cables.

I have the nylon version of this cable from Anker and it's a whole lot more rugged than this non-nylon wrapped cable. I'd pass on this just because of that. Unless the cable will not move hardly at all, in which case this is a great deal for cable from a trusted manufacturer.

The problem I have with USB C cables in general is that different ones have different capabilities and they usually are not marked what capability they have, So I waste time trying to figure out which one of my many cables have what capability. For example, this one can transfer data only up to 480Mbps, which is at the bottom of the pile for transfer speeds. The other note is that this is not a USB-IF certified for 240W. That said, if you only need a charging cable and not a data transfer cable, and you are willing to mark the cable so you dont forget, and you are willing not to use a USB-IF certified cable, from a good manufacturer, this is a reasonable deal. Otherwise, depending on your need, you can buy a 100W cable (who needs a 240W cable?), with 10Gbps transfer cable that can do double duty, or a thunderbolt cable. For me, I have too many USB C cables that are hard to keep track of, and I dont need another non-USB-IF certified cable that doesnt have a decent data transfer speed.

The 16" Macbook Pro M4 has a max charging wattage of 140W. So 240W is a lot but you would at least to step up from 100W if you want to use the fast charging capability.
