maybe not the most incredible deal at ~50% off but I'm interested in trying these out as I've never seen this model from Adidas, so I picked one up. I used the original dropsets for quite a while and liked them, these seem to be a more modern and potentially versatile shoe

68.42 after tax and shipping for me. I'll pass on the shoe I've never heard of.

fit is weird mid foot is slightly narrow but decent toebox is decent but heel slippage is the issue but once broken in this a banger great for hard workouts

I use the Dropset 3 for lifting they are amazing for stability and energy transfer. These are designed for HIIT.

Another deal I just saw in the app is exchange 3K club points for 5 months of Spotify premium which includes 15 hours of audiobooks per month. That's $60 for "free". New Spotify accounts only.

Not familiar with these in particular, but in general, training shoes have a low drop, flat, stable base for lifting, with just enough cushioning for short sprints, but less cushioning than running shoes, which are built for forward motion, with more shock absorption for longer distances.

In short, they're built for the gym, not for gobbling up miles.
