It's a decent deal for a mid-range productivity desktop. The sweet spot for Core i5 / Ryzen 5-based PCs (the midrange family of processors) used to be $400 the last several years. But lately, we haven't seen many non-gaming, productivity deals at all. Desktops with discrete video cards (RTX 4060 / 5060 and higher) are much more common that before. This inflates the price for those who are not interested in gaming capabilities and could make do with onboard graphics or a low-end GPU.

The PSU may not support any GPUs. If it does, it'll only support GPUs with one PCIe connector (150w max) which means it'll have enough power for your setup.
