Here comes the CON
1) Single power line connection. - All my other fans in my house have 2 power source (1 for the light and 1 for the fan) and 2 separate wall switch. I knew this going in and thought it wouldn't bother me but it does.
2) Remote control - I have all my other fans connected to Samsung smarthing with matter/ZWAVE connectivity with Alexa voice control. I can turn on/off either the light or fan with Alexa voice command and Smartthing phone app. Looked into soldering in a zwave receiver but did not fine any yet. I guess I'm back to getting off on my fat ass and looking for a remote to turn on/off this fan.
3) Light - HUGE CON for me. Not as bright as others in my house and the light is more focused into smaller area under the fan. Light doesn't spread wide enough to cover some corners of the room where the regular ceiling light was able to. Have to get table stand light to cover those darker areas.
I stayed away because one person said it wobbles and looks very cheap

of all the things im going to cheap out on... a cieling fan is not one of them. its a lot of work to reinstall if its a bad product, and im not trusting some temu factory to make a motor i hang above my living quarters, let alone make a product that is nicely balanced..

The trick is to find the temu or aliexpress store this came from and buy it there for even less money.
I recently did that for something, seller never shipped item. It auto canceled after I submitted a cancel request. Not sure if I was ever going to get it.

buying a garbage $400 fan is being stupid because you are droping a ton of money and ending up with garbage..
buying a garbage $50 fan is being stupid because you are cheaping out and ending up with garbage..
im not telling someone to spend $400. im telling someone that to buy a quality smartfan they will have to spend more than $55.
