Usually the best deal I can find for bread flour, been happy with all the bags I've gone through. Just be aware it's a real crap shoot on how it's going to show up. Had deliveries that are perfectly fine, had deliveries where all the bags are split, and everything in between.

Bought 2 bags already. It's 1/3 of the price of King Arthur bread flour in my local grocery store.

I usually buy a 20-25 lb bag locally but without a car now, delivery is VERY handy. Thanks for posting it!

No, but they might ask for a photo.

Agreed, bread flour should be 12 - 14% protein. At 3grams it's low and not consistent with typical protein amounts.

how's the expiration date on your flours? I just find that everytime I hop on any food deal... it's always close to expiring

You can put flour in the freezer if it is helpful. I divide mine up into bread machine size portions and seal it with my food saver.

Maybe it's just my regional hub, but goodluck with these... Everytime I get them, the bag is ripped apart as if it exploded and there's flour leaking out of the box. Has happened twice recently, and again a couple months ago. I gave up, don't want to waste my returns on this garbage.
