B6 is a tricky one. it's good to take a little, but bad to take too much.
(search it)
Also, this is Pyradine HCL, which is not the best form to take B6.
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) is better absorbed.

So, I would be scared to take 100mg and i'd prefer to take the more expensive form.
I take 20mg of Pyridoxal-5-phosphate P5P.
I've read lots of stuff about this helping with things like carpal tunnel and trigger finger

I'm sure there are people that know more about this than I do and I hope they comment.

Thanks for the insights on P5P versus Pyridoxine HCL, and the dosage considerations. Do you have similar info about B12, such as preferred forms, dosages and etc?

well. most information indicates that Methylcobalamin is the better form over cyanocobalamin.

If you're under 50, not a vegan, and you don't have a b12 deficiency, you're probably getting plenty of b12 from the dairy, meat or fish you eat.
As for how much to take, again, I'm not an expert, but from what i read these 5000mg doses seem too high to me, even 2000. Probably 250-500 is more than enough and 1000 is safe and you can skip days because your body stores B12.
